ladynred i have to agree with ya on bringing copies of tila into court with ya if that date ever comes becouse honestly ive made some calls to attornies here where i am in laughlin nevada 100 miles south of vegas & also some in the lasvegas & the reno areas & as crazy as it sounds MOST of them that will actually talk to me on the phone are lost , i mean out of about 10 calls including the state AG'S office id say 6 say their positive credit cards are WRITTEN CONTRACTS & the other 3 or 4 say no no no their OPEN ACCOUNTS lol .. dont understand some of these attornies becouse from all ive read they are without a doubt defined here in nevada & federal law as OPEN so bottom line & yes federal law supercedes ANY state law , bring a copy of the tila that defines cc as OPEN ACCOUNTS & hope the judge applies the law as it clearly states becouse as im learning alot do not if your not prepared ...... kel ..
