USE the 30 days PEACE disputing the debt ought to give you to collect copies of FDCPA, TILAs, case precedents, everything the lawyers who laugh at you because "They Can't Sue" needs to be bashed over the head with to get legal advice or representation headed your way.

And don't put it off, if you can't pay $$ to pick a legal brain or two. It can take that long just to get an APPOINTMENT in free and low-cost legal clinics.
