It depends on the contract between your employer and Fidelity.
If Fidelity requires that any person working in their building meet certain criteria,such as drug testing,or background security checks etc.then,yes if your report shows you don't fill that criteria you could be fired.
I doubt that it would be on a basis of your credit, unless you lied on your application about something like BK or judgments.
