I agree, next time they call, really tape them. You can get the little suction cup thingy from radio shack that hooks up to a recorder. That would be a blast. Play it back to them.

I think the letter would be perfect IF they had specified what account they are calling about. I think I would play it real dumb. "What account? I don't owe you any money.... maybe you called the wrong mr fenrir...." Don't give them any info, and tell them to please explain, or stop calling you about it, since you don't know what they're talking about, and there are many mr fenrir's in the phone book."
