CA Judgment obtained in 1992, judgment was an "equitable lien" against property, 1st 60 days debtor a) destroyed the property and b) filled BK. We filed an adversary under 727 and won. Debtor filed BK again in 1998. the 523 (a)(10) protected the nondischargabilty of the original debts including ours. CA has a ten year sol for judgments and the avenue to renew the judgment for another 10 years. how can one "convert" an equitable lien with a value (that has been distroyed) to a money judgment with the same value? we have done all of this in pro per. the debtor is a real slim ball (illegal- using several fake s/s #s and is finding relief in our judicial system)
can someone help or direct me to other information.
