ok a bit more info on this subject but besides MBNA also AMERICAN EXPRESS , DISCOVER , BANK of AMERICA & HOUSEHOLD BANKS & all their cards that they are the parent holder of but are under different bank names are now using this binding arbitration nonsense AND to top it off THEY CAN legally amend their agreements on all their olds accounts prior to 2000 by just SIMPLY sending a little admending form ( that really how many of us read ) in their billing statements which whether you know it or not they already have .. the ONLY exception on this is IF you pay off the account in full OR its been deliquent for a period of time "somewhere" between 30 - 120 days where they will no longer accept charges on the card , maybe its just me ( lol guess not cause its in the courts right now ) but i find this SHOCKING .. basically the way im getting this were giving up due process via ANY COURT with this binding arbitration CRAP , hey never say never but i cant believe the supreme court will let the total garbage stand .. ok just thought id share whats going on here & its really so new of only about 2 years TOPS that really MOST people have no idea about it until 1 day they'll find a judgement on their credit report and how nice , were all denyed due process that really MOST have no clue about .. scam to me ... kelly .......
