Consumers report that the company guaranteed them a major
credit card for an advance fee of $249. After they paid the
fee they either received a card to purchase items from a
catalog or they did not receive anything from Consumer First
Financial.
In May 2002, the Bureau sent the company a letter requesting
information such as the types of credit offered, the names of
the financial institutions that issued the credit and the
names of 10 people who have received credit through their
program. The company did not respond to our request for
information and has an unsatisfactory business performance
report for not substantiating their credit claims.
Stay away from them, and from ANY company promising garanteed 2-10k credit line for an uprfont fee. They are ALL scams!
