5 months past due - I doubt it has been sold. Keep trying with Citibank - they have hardship programs. CCCS will not take you if you can't make the payments - your unemployment (if you're getting it) will run out soon. I would say either they work with you, or you just sit tight and wait for someone to sue. If they do, you file bk real quick. I would consult an attorny and be prepared (that means get hold of enough money to pay for the bk and have the papaerwork ready to go).
