ive found a bit more info on all this NEW arbitration nonsense being used & this is the actual arbitration company being used by " at least " MBNA , AMERICAN EXPRESS , BANK OF AMERICA & DISCOVER .. it shows the fees they charge the credit companies so kind of interesting .. > www.arbitration-forum.com < this is what now ALOT of credit card companies are doing to their consumers without MOST card holders not even knowing it & thats were giving up ALL 100% of our rights to due process under united states law VIA all courts be federal OR state .. as im typing im looking at my b/f's DISCOVER card member agreement & it FLAT OUT says & i quote , the arbitration of disputes section on pg 8 "includes" a waiver of a number of your rights , including the right to a jury trial .. JUST AMAZING !! im not going to bore ya'll with the entire page 8 BUT this is the last paragraph & i again quote , this arbitration provision shall survive termination of your account as well as voluntary payment in full by you , any legal proceedings by us to collect a debt owed by you , any bankruptcy by you AND any sale by us of your account .. its also says all they need to do is send you an arbitration notice by regular mail to your LAST know address .. hell guess if ya get it fine if not to fricken bad lol .. but seriously if ya read the entire pg 8 its just AMAZING whats going on here & quite honestly in my opinion only , since this arbitration nonsense is at MOST only 2 yrs old on a "very very few" cards but ON MOST cards now less than 1 year old at being enforced the "huge" story here is becouse in my whole heart i believe MOST people have NO CLUE in the world about this & really if ya think about it people of this forum are miles & miles smarter & better informed than the avg. card holders or public & i see almost NOTHING about this "yet" on this forum BUT you can bet we sure will in the next coming year OR less when people are freeking out about pay being garnished & judgements on their credit reports w/o them knowing till its smack in their face & wondering what happened & saying how can they get away with this .. dont know about ya'll but this is stunning to me .. kelly ........
