burton , im no expert by far but what your NOW going to experience is what EVERY OTHER credit card holder will have to deal with if they can no longer pay on their credit card accounts in the next coming months . MBNA is the grandfather of this arbitration garbage in placing it in with credit cards & this is why their coming after you now with this VS other cards becouse its been in MBNA'S card agreement at the longest of about 2 yrs where all other cards its been in place whether you knew it or not for a year OR less .. trust me this board will be replaced with floods of questions on arbitration instead of SOL questions & such over the next 8 - 12 months & this you can bank on .. again im doing my best to learn about this as arbitration is WITHOUT a doubt the biggest change to hit the credit card industry ever & 99 % of people STILL have no clue that their subject to this on most their cc cards today .. there is a clause if you read my last post from this morning that ONLY california residents have protection as of now but honestly i dont know enough about it AS YET to help you with .. i agree talk to an attorney becouse thank the blue sky's this arbitration nonsense is 100% dischargable in bankruptcy DESPITE what that clause says .. honestly with arbitration we give you all are rights to due process , its crazy , its starting to hit the fan now but cant see how the supreme court will let this stand once it gets there in about 2 more years but till than look out .. kelly ..
