How close are you to SOL?
If you believe you are past SOL,use the SOL letter on my website. If you are not sure, then I would wait it out and not respond until you ARE sure.

The Alaska statutes on my website show 3 years for credit card(open-end) accounts and 4 years for "sale of goods" like furniture etc. on a closed end contract. The 6 year SOL is for all other written contracts.
