I had a judgement on my report for the last 7 years, it was issued in va, through signet bank at the time, capital one has long since taken over. This august it came off, now capital one has this thing listed with a balance that was not for the orgianl amount. It is listed in my good accounts, but has that it was paid in settlement. and it is going to stay on for another 7 years, I disputed with the CRA and they can back and say vertifed. I don't mind it being there if it did say paid in settlement. I would appericate any imput.
