What does "validation" have to do with it?
If you are making a SOL defense, or sending a SOL letter, YOU are stating what YOUR records shows as the initial date (legally called commencement of accrual) that your SOL started.
If they wish to legally dispute your claim, they would have to have PROOF of a later date of YOUR payment to the OC.(not added interest or late charges either)
