He was thinking on the high side. But like I said, I bought groceries the following weekend and feel like I was on target with my figures. What concerned me was that he made the comment that the court may force me into Ch 13 if they think I could have $200 left each month. But he said we would still be much better off than we are now. He had told us in the initial consultation that he rarely sees a Ch7 forced into a Ch13 in this court, but now I'm worried since he made the comment in the second meeting about the groceries. I don't want to raise any red flags with the courts (even though I know I'm not padding my food expenses). I do not want to go into Ch13.
