I have read observers post follow up that says that a debt is still owned by the original crediter.Im confused... Sears claims that they no longer own my dead account and that the owner of it is the current CA.They even claim to not have any records of it any more.However a (nice) lady was able to pull up my records. Im not disputing observers statment.. but im confused. Is sears not being truthfull when they tell me that they have washed their hand of it? And if so how can I get Sears to fork over the info I want.(such as a statment of my last date of activity) thanx
