Number of days late

I am trying to repair my credit. Is there any way that I can have the number of days late taking off the report if the account has been pain in full. I have one that is a charge off and the others are paid accounts but for some reason I still cannot get a personal loan to consolidate $8500 of remaining current debt because these past dates are showing on the other accounts
