You are not likely to find ANY "SOL" case in any jurisdiction.
If the SOL defense is raised properly, the court is required to dismiss the case.
If the court DOES NOT, as is sometimes the case, then on judicial REVIEW (not appeal) it will be accepted.
You only get case law when there is a point of legitimate dispute of law.
