I have dealt with these wankers before. Send a cease and desist letter and include phone and mail communcations. Then remind them the statute of limitations is up and any legal action taken by RMA will result in countersuit being filed. Be sure to send it certified. You can also fax it to the following to cover all your tracks. They will of course deny every receiving it but they may have a hard time denying 2 faxes and one certified receipt.
