Good luck. I am a Collection Manger by trade. I know when the FDCPA has be violated. I have had it happen to me. I can not find an Attorney to represnet me either. The law is in place to help but the agencies know that very few Atty's will sue them. I will advise you that you only have one year to file a suit from the time the violation happened. You should call the Federal Trade Commison in Sacremento,CA they may help you.
