I would draft a really nasty letter and send it to the Executives at Axsys, Fingerhut and the CRAs (if it's actually being reported), demand a $1,000,000 settlement and tell them you're filing complaints with the BBB, FTC and Attorney General, filing criminal charges and taking your story to the media.
