Any info on Wolpoff&Abramson?

I've been called three times in the last week from them at my office and now I just received a letter that wants me to pay an old account to MBNA. On the phone, they threatened to go to arbirtration and they know they will get a judgment against me and force me to pay up. The MBNA card is a business card and I made my last payment on 2-10-01. It has been charged off and R9 on my credit report. Does anybody know if they will go to arbirtration or is this another collection agency trying to squeeze me out of what little money I have left? I've read other postings here and Wolpoff sounds pretty nasty. Any help or advice and any info on Wolpoff in general would be very helpful.
