Hello, I live in florida and on 1998 I defaulted on my debts. (repossesion, credit cards, and a judgement from the repossesion) My question is: I'm now in a better situation where I was able to purchase a home (using my wife's credit, but it appears on mine) and I only use AMEX (the wife's credit again, but also appears on the report). What should I do to fix my credit? By what I've been reading the SOL for the C.C. is up and the car loan I'm not sure of. My judgement was issued on march of 1999. PLEASE HELP I don't have a clue.
