Did you send your letter certified? Get the green card back? If so, start logging those calls - record them even. They are breaking the law to continue to try to collect when they have not validated. If they continue, YOU can sue THEM. Don't send C&D send a letter telling them they may no longer call you on the phone, they may communicate by mail only. Don't C&D someone when you are still within SOL, because then the only thing they can do legally is sue you. Linda
