late fees

My Best Buy card continues to assess a late charge, despite the fact that payments are easily mailed 10-14 days in advance. All other credit processors process by time, but by some miracle, our payment always comes in one day after the due date. I'm beginning to feel this isn't coincidental. I'm tired of having to take the time to call or fax the company to resolve the issue. Is there some other route I can go? If I feel this is abuse, who would I report it to? I live in Texas. Thanks.
