i understand whychat but besides you , observer , burton & myself ive seen nothing about this subject & though im trying my best to learn about this arbitration nonsense relating to credit card accounts it would be nice if maybe someone could contribute into "digging" up some state law info & such on this subject .. i'll be the 1st to admit im a total amateur when it comes to this stuff but at least im trying & maybe its just me but i find this shocking that just about EVERY major credit card is now guided under binding arbitration & its like everyones lost on this subject & wants to just bury their heads in the sand cause its an easy way to deal with it but it should be in the headlines becouse it changes every aspect of how deliquent accounts charged off in the past 6 - 12 months are going to be handled .. maybe its just me but damn i find this SHOCKING that MOST cards charged off after 2000 - 2001 DO NOT have to go through the due process of going to court becouse JUST BECOUSE they sent out little amending agreements in their billing statements that 95% of the people dont read & they know that , how huge is this , its HUGE .. kelly ........
