In addition, if she is paying 30% the creditor may be breakin Wisc, usury law.

Make sure she keeps complete records of everything.

Once she stops paying, she will be subject to collection activities until it is turned over to a CA. Make sure she does not let them know where she works, if possible,gets an unlisted ph# if possible, or an answering machine & caller id.
