go to creditnet.com and find a copy of the 15 day estoppel letter. Send it out certified and also fax it if you have that number. Then when the 15 days are up you send a 48 hour intent to sue notice and then- you sue. I have had to send out about 12 intent to sue letters over the last 6 months. Of those, 11 caved in. I filed suit like I promised and 3 weeks later their lawyer called, deleted the debt from their systems and my credit report, and paid my legal fees.
