You can go to this site;(which is linked on my website under State Statutes) http://www.sec-claims.com/statutes.htm Look up the statute § for your State for the 6 years Go on line to your State's Statutes and read that statute completey,at some point it should say, or have a link to the "cause of action" or "right of action" or "accrual". That will tell you when the SOL starts.
