i see what your saying whychat & i totally respect your knowledge & quite honestly its amazing , i wish i knew as much .. you have helped me in the past with my own credit problem concerning MBNA & your advise was excellant thank the heavens my chargeoff is past SOL & was not involving this arbitration nonsense since mine was from 1998 .. i wont drive this issue into the ground but im really trying to understand this correctly ok , are you saying "its only" this scavenger law firm using these tactics as applying arbitration to credit cards the way they are ??? from what ive learned this wolpoff firm mainly represents MBNA but on the other hand MBNA has about a 2 year head start in applying binding arbitration to credit cards vs ANYOTHER cc company so thats why their in the lead with using arbitration to get judgements & by passing any court in getting a judgement cause its really a rubber stamp but MOST other credit card companies are in the process of using the same arbitration as they too have sent out amending agreements to their cardholders in the past 12 mo w/o most even realizing it .. i know your busy but ANY info you come up with on this in your dealings if you'd post id appericiate very much ! thanx whychat , kelly :)
