I believe so and if they do send you anything like copies of your signature or copies of your statements that is not valid always denied your signature if is not the authenticate or the original document. Let me tell you a secret no credit card comp. or bank well ever show you the original document or promissory note, because it has the ranchers stamp on the back which means they sold it to fund your check or credit.
