My daughter is a college student (3 months from graduation), who got a Discover card when she had no income. She owed Discover less than $1000, and has offered to pay it off (with my help). She obviously did not take any accounting or economics classes. Let's review...
She has no money, gets a credit card and what - thinks that everything is free!
I get so sick of people bitching about this! Get a CLUE and take some F-ing responsibility. "Extortion racket" - yeah right, just us taxpayers that have to pick up the tab in higher fees and interest.
