Charge Offs/ Judgements and Collections

Hi. I have a few questions and need advice. All of my info is from a Experian Report.
I have a Judgement for 1,300 and according to Experian it remains till 3-03
I have a Collections for $190 that falls off in 11-03
And I have a charge-off listed as 500 (falls 11-03) that is then listed as 800 with collections (falls 8-05)
I do not have much money to pay these off, but I am looking for options as to what I should/can do so I can get my credit rating better. Is there possibilities of settlements for way less? Any other ideas?
