Toyota "Lemon"

My Toyota Camry engine bit the dust a few months ago - the engine died on the way to work. The mechanic found lots of sludge in the oil pan. This was a few months ago and I have been trying to find $4,000 to replace the engine. Anyway, last week I found out that this is a known problem with the V6 engine and Toyota has a special assistance program to cover the costs of repair; however, they are also trying to pull the wool over customers' eyes and make out it is the customer's fault. The attorney general's office in my state informed me last week I need a "lemon" attorney. How on earth do I find a "good" lemon attorney?
