good idea! how to get licensed as a CA?

If you own let's say, $100,000 and it costs you $10,000 to become a CA and you can buy your own debt for 5% of 100,000 (=5,000) for a total of $15,000 cost only. Good idea, Joe. But how to get a CA license then?
