hi whychat .. well i currently live in nevada & have for all my life but my question is reguarding florida law pertaining to credit card debt .. my b/f will most likely be transfered to the clearwater area early next year & i'll be moving with him so im curious about certain things about the law there .. i know in nevada its called a closed border state meaning absolutely no collection agencies can sue you or have any legal rights to collect any debt unless their actually located in nevada they cant sue you out of nevada , my question is does florida have this same type of state law or is it easier to collect on debts in florida vs nevada ?? i like learning much as i can & why not ask the person who taught me the most on this forum & thats you .. thanx whychat , kel
