thank ya whychat .. other than the MBNA account thats now past SOL nothing else out there against me its just after going through all this stuff the past 4 + years and learning about nevada law i believe its always good to know about the state you reside in's laws pertaining to this stuff .. i like knowing becouse i think its always just best to be well informed & to at least know as much as the creditors do , a level playing field is best .. thanks again whychat as always your a great help !! bye , kelly
