umm , im not an expert but not paying on a debt is not breaking a law , its a civil matter NOT criminal .. dont know anything about bud hibbs but kelly Z if your within SOL & seems like you just might be consult an attorney thats looking out for YOUR interest not the creditors becouse if continuing to pay on this debt if you really can not well than you may need some type of relief via bankruptsy ( thats if you have assets like home car & so on ) or just not paying on it anymore if you financially cant & if they sue they sue than at that time file for bankruptcy but kelly Z the balls in your court so dont let collectors put needless pressure on you , like i say talk to an attorney looking out for your interests .. good luck , kelly from nevada ...........
