Did you send an answer and notice of appearance for your case? Were you properly served.?

If you appeared, and were then called away and the court had no official notice that you were there, then you need to file an appeal.

If you gave notice of appearance and answer and notified the clerk that you were there and wanted a continuance, then you want a vacating order.
