I have had pretty bad credit for the past 6 years with credit cards over a divorce. My credit was prefect before that. I believe I have gotten past the SOL in the state of OHIO. I still get letters from collecter's. Am I out of danger for judgements and garnishments? I am receiving tons of credit offers in the mail, and would like to start rebuilding my credit.
Would this be a good or bad idea?
