It may or may not be legally collectible. Wisc. has a 6 year SOL. If she re-affirmed (by paying) in 1997 when she was over 18, it is a legal contract.

Hwever, she does not know if this is a legitimate claim, and the best thng to do is to have her send this letter:

Make sure she sends it CRRR and DOES NOT sign her name (print or tyoe it)
