GulfState are scum, Equifax wouldn't investgate anything for any consumer unless forced to do so.

Send GulfState this letter, CRRR,file a complaint on line with the FTC & your State AG's office.wait 30 days from the time you get the signed green card back.

Send Equifax a dispute with a copy of the letter and a copy of the green card and copies of your filed complaint.
