Collectcorp sent another dunning letter after i requested verification

It has been 45 days since I since them a certified mail return receipt letter stating that the debt they were trying to collect was invalid and that I demanded verification.

I just got another letter from them today "offering" to settle the "debt" for roughly half of the original amount.

Are they in violation of the FDCA?
