sandra , honestly dont let yourself get all upset over this bunch of nonsense becouse no matter what lies they tell you & THEY ALWAYS LIE the debt 18 yrs old & way past SOL .. if this were me id simply send a certified letter return reciept requested stating , this debt is long past SOL therefore as of today STOP ALL ACTIONS IDENTIFYING THE DEBT .. they'll leave you alone after they get the letter .. i mean i guess you could sue now but to me its not worth it until they try to bother you again but just my opinion , goodluck kelly .....
