Three years ago I got behind on bills. My Home Depot was late but it never got past 180 days. Unknown to me it went to court and I got a letter in the mail stating that I lost the judgement. I paid in full. Now I'm reading that I had 180 days before it should have gotten to that point. Do I have recourse to get this judgement off my credit report? I paid the damn thing plus court costs. Thanks in advance. p.s. If you want to bitch and gripe about me not being able to pay my bills, PISS OFF!
