I read the bankruptcy exemptions for Texas and it says that you are allowed 1 automobile per liscened driver. I cannot find anywhere if that also applies for judgements. My car that is paid off is worth about $2500. My truck is a 2002 (we bought it about 2 months before husband got laid off and just recently caught up with payments)and is worth almost $19,000 but I owe almost 27,000. Would this be considered an assett?
