It is a FDCPA violation for him to say he will sue and then not follow through btw. Once again, usually I would just send the letters but I am concerned that some scumbag is reading off your cc numbers over the phone and on your message machine. Too me and probably to the police this is implying that he has the numbers and will be using them. Try and find out his name and then file criminal charges like why chat describe. If you do not wanna sue then by all means go to the website of the class action lawyer and get your information over to him.
