Haressing The Elderly

My mother is being haress by personal loan companys. She has a nervous/mental disability,diabeties and other health problems and don't understand issues involving money. My father did all this for her. He has past and me and my sisters is helping her now. She goes and get these loans and not able to pay them back. Shes on a set income (SSI) and can bearly make ends meet. We have told these companys to not let her have the loans because she will not be able to pay them back and about her condition. They still do and now they are coming to her home, calling her on the phone and who knows whatelse. She is 65 years old and they keep scaring her and she gives them her bill money, food money and medicine money. Then she goes without and when we find out about it she tells us they came by telling her all kinds of things they can do to her. What can be done to help her with her situation? Concern Daughter
