If your Mom cannot handle her personal affairs (that's how it sounds) you need to get the legal authority to handle them for her. Then you can do something about these guys. I suggest first you get her to agree to let you hold her money for her, so she does not have it there to give them when they come to get it. I would explain your Mom's rights, but if she isn't capable of acting on them, you need to be able to act on her behalf.

If you like, email me info about where she lives (city, state) and I will find some senior resources for you to hook up with - sounds like she might qualify for some assistance with her bills and food, etc.

I understand, I take care of my elderly Mom. It's hard to get them to let you help, but I think you'd better in this case.
