-Just got a letter (regular mail) from an Attorney's office saying that a Collection Bureau referred my account to them for collection. The $6000 debt is 5 years old & has another year to go until the SOL expires. -It says I have 30 days to dispute the validity of the debt. Does anyone know what the likelihood is that they'll sue me? I don't know if I should ignore this or request a validation. I have no savings account or car and make only $130 a week. I already have a NY judgement on my CR. -Any suggestions? -Thanks.
