They MIGHT be able to garnish his wages,your husband should show up and enter a "no garnishment" request with the court.

I don't think your cars are in jeopardy, as they are too old and there is an exemption for them.

In addition, if he DOES show up and request a complete accounting,he might get lucky and have the hearing postponned or even dismissed if the CA who has the account does not have the documentation.

Call the clerk's office and ask what your husband needs to bring for proof of exemption (hardship) from garnishment.
